After Hours Apartment Emergencies
For all apartment emergencies that occur after 5 PM please contact the Lantz Properties Emergency Answering Service by dialing 1-800-334-5820. Also call 510-428-9111 and leave a detailed message regarding the emergency at the main office.
For all non-emergency inquiries call the main office at 510-428-9111 and if no one is available to take your call, please leave a message.
Written notice is required within 14 days after moving into your new apartment for anything that needs to be corrected – i.e., anything in your apartment that is damaged, broken, or unclean. Please use the blank Move-In/Move-Out Itemized Statement document, provided at your Sign-Up Appointment, to report the problems. This form is for your protection as well as ours so please take time to review it and check all items. Once you have completed the form, drop it in the rent box in your building, fax or mail it back to us within 14 days.
Your rent is due on the first of each month. Lantz Properties allows a five day grace period. If we receive your rent on the 6th of the month, or after, there will be a $35 fee charged to your account.
A written 30-day notice of termination of residency is required.
